It’s really quite simple.

I consider aging something that other people experience. If you ask me I will tell you that 50 is the new 30. I’m sure you feel the same way. Don’t you?

Graying hairs and a few wrinkles haven’t stopped us ‘Baby Boomers’ from embracing a new host of challenges and experiences. Today, we view our age as a mere number; it’s what we do with our body and mind that makes a difference.

As George Burns so aptly said. “You can’t help getting older, but you don’t have to get old”
